Why we are using Hotglue?

After a few weeks, when everyone was comfortable with HotGlue, we were asked to create a portfolio where weekly we (should) update about what we do in class.

So, we had to think about how our portfolio should be organized;

As we learnt in class( image on the left), the process starts with something from our mind(abstract) to something really concrete.
This process is not direct but there are different stages.


On the left there is a picture about how I was thinking to organize all the contents.



Week by week I was thinking about the appropriate design(=aesthetic) for the portfolio.

Actually, at the beginning I didn’t care much about the design and my page had a simple navigation bar like a standard page without nothing really original.




















And then, I came out with something like that(image below):


















I intended to give more importance to the contents by playing with the fonts and background’s colors(= a kind of visual communication).

Personally, I think that this kind of portfolios should be focused on the content and oriented to learn and know something new.
